We are solely a listing service and are not involved in transactions between users. We do not:

Transfer title of vehicles
Verify the accuracy of listings
Guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of vehicles listed
Guarantee that a buyer or seller will actually complete a transaction
Verify VIN numbers, mileage claims, or vehicle condition
Conduct background checks on users
Provide escrow services or payment processing
Mediate disputes between users

All aspects of transactions between users, including but not limited to payment, delivery, warranties, and guarantees, are solely between the users involved.

Vehicle Information Disclaimer: We strongly recommend that users independently verify all vehicle information, inspect vehicles in person, and obtain vehicle history reports before making purchasing decisions. We are not responsible for any inaccuracies in vehicle listings or any issues that may arise from reliance on information provided in listings.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE SERVICES OR THE SERVERS THAT MAKE THEM AVAILABLE ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
